    09/07/2010

The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Ltd (LOCOG) invites expressions of interest for the supply of a CRM System. This includes design and delivery of a CRM layer sitting on top of the current 2012 database landscape providing a single "virtual" customer database (estimated >12 million records held in at least 3 desperate databases). The virtual customer database will be updated via regular batch feeds from the master data sources. It will consolidate, de-duplicate and match data and will provide a common shared view of customers enabling derivation of good quality customer insight and targeted communications across multiple strategic campaigns.

LOCOG is inviting suppliers who can either directly provide a hosted Customer Single View database or can work with a 3rd party services provider (that they have an existing demonstrable relationship with) to be part of this tender process. The selected supplier will manage the process for building the operational platform, taking the functional and technical requirements captured by the Brand and Marketing Team and designing, developing, implementing and running this database ensuring that it is capable of supporting the ongoing campaign schedule.
